COVID - 19 Patient Update

Dental practices have been asked to re-open from 8th June 2020.

Our priority will be to ensure public and patient safety .

Whilst we are observing social distancing, you should continue to telephone the practice, rather than attending in person without an appointment due to the risk of transmitting or getting COVID -19.

Our practice will look different as it will be operating in a way that observes COVID-19 social distancing and hygiene rules, as part of measures taken to ensure your safety and that of the dental team.

The range of treatments you will be offered may be limited to that you received before March 25th and may vary. This will depend on the staff and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) available to us at the time.

The dental team may also be wearing different protective equipment to what you are used to seeing.

It will be some months before our services return to providing care in a similar manner to that which you previously experienced and will be dependent on the further easing of COVID-19 control measures.

Please remember that we are still here to support and care for you during this difficult period . Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any issues related to your dental health.

I have just been to this dental practice under a new management. My wife and I received special treatment. The staff is very polite and they are very curious. The practice is run by Ali Mubarak along with his assistance and a very welcoming receptionist. We felt as we were treated with utmost care regardless of our NHS status. Amazing service! I am so pleased with my treatment. I am terrified of dentists and have bad experiences in the past, but this practice has been taken over by a new dentist, who is so lovely and genuinely wants to help. I had a root canal treatment and was very nervous, but the dentist and assistant were so reassuring and every 5 minutes checked to see if I was ok. The most friendly staff, very happy and will continue to go there!

After spending the last 3 years searching for a half decent dentist in the city what a lovely surprise to finally found a lovely dentist. The dentist was friendly and very knowledgeable and made clear his assessment and future treatment. Has restored my faith in dentists. My teenagers were also impressed. The receptionist/ nurses were also very friendly and helpful. Nice clean and accessible premises
